AI for construction & field service companies

The project coordinator your crews never have to wait on.

Coworkers that keep schedules, paperwork, and follow-ups moving between the office and the field. They work in your project and accounting systems, and reach people through Teams and email.

§ 01Where the hours go

The work that quietly eats your week.

  • Scheduling whiplash

One delay ripples through crews, subs, and inspections, and someone rebuilds the schedule by phone.

  • Paper that stalls jobs

RFIs, submittals, and change orders wait in inboxes while work stops on site.

  • Compliance gaps

Expired subcontractor insurance certificates get discovered after the sub is already on site.

  • Office overload

Project coordinators spend their days chasing updates instead of running jobs.

§ 02What it takes on

Jobs a digital coworker can own.

Each of these is a defined job with inputs, steps, approvals, and a verified result. Start with one, and add more once it’s earning its keep.
  1. 01

    Dispatch & scheduling

Assigns work based on skills, location, and availability, then reshuffles when the day changes.

  2. 02

    RFI & submittal tracking

Logs, routes, and chases open items with the architect, engineer, or sub, and escalates aging ones.

  3. 03

    Daily report compilation

Turns field notes and photos into a clean daily report for the project file.

  4. 04

    Change-order paperwork

Drafts change-order documents from scope changes for PM approval.

  5. 05

    Subcontractor compliance

Tracks COIs, licenses, and lien waivers and requests renewals before they lapse.

  6. 06

    Job cost checks

Compares committed costs and invoices against budget and flags overruns early.

§ 03Who does what

The coworker does the legwork. Your people make the calls.

The coworker handles

  • Chasing and logging
  • Schedule proposals
  • Paperwork drafts
  • Compliance tracking

Your team handles

  • Approving schedules and change orders
  • Safety and site decisions
  • Client and sub negotiations
  • Payment approvals

Anything consequential or irreversible (money, commitments, customer-facing promises) waits for a person. You decide where those lines are, and the coworker’s permissions are cut to match.

§ 04Your systems

It works in the software you already run.

  • Procore
  • ServiceTitan
  • Buildertrend
  • Jobber
  • Sage 300 CRE
  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft 365
  • Teams

If your system has an API, we connect to it. If it only has a web interface your team uses, we can usually turn those steps into a tested tool. Either way, the coworker gets only the access its job needs.

§ 06Private by design

Sensitive data stays where it belongs.

Every coworker runs in its own isolated workstation with deny-first networking. Models are open-weight by default, served on your hardware or by zero-data-retention providers. Everything we build is yours to keep.
How we keep it private
§ 07FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Can it reschedule crews by itself?

It proposes the reshuffle with reasons, and a person approves it. Once you trust it, you can grant standing permission for routine changes within limits you set.

Does it work with Procore?

Procore has a full API, so yes. We build a connector scoped to exactly the project actions your coworker needs.

Can field crews talk to it?

Yes, through Teams or email today. Crews can send updates and photos, and the coworker files them and follows up.

Next step

Pick one job your team repeats.

We’ll sit down with the people who do it, map the steps, and put a number on the time. If a digital coworker is the right tool, you’ll know what it would return before you commit. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
