About QRK Tech · Minneapolis, MN

Built by someone who did the job first.

QRK Tech is a Minneapolis AI consultancy. We build private, role-scoped digital coworkers that do real work inside the systems your team already uses, each with its own secure workstation, a memory, and a person in charge.

I’ve spent eight years inside a managed service provider, from answering the phones to leading its AI practice.

I know what a triage queue looks like at 7 a.m., what a project manager’s Friday feels like, and how long it takes to build a quarterly review deck by hand. So when I started building AI coworkers, I built them for those jobs, for the people I’d worked beside for years.

The coworkers that came out of it are at work today. One runs project management and gives management back 30+ hours a week. One triages the service desk and scopes issues ahead of time. Another prepares quotes and account reviews, and is already in daily use. They work because they were built around the actual job, not around a demo.

Along the way I learned what makes AI safe to rely on: isolation, least privilege, verification, and a person in charge. That’s not glamorous work, but it’s why the coworkers get used instead of politely ignored.

QRK Tech exists to bring that platform and playbook to more businesses. If your team repeats a job every week and you can explain it to a new hire, I’d like to hear about it.

§ 02Principles

How we work.

  1. 1

    Evidence over vibes

Every claim our coworkers make is traced to a source. They label what they observed, what they were told, and what they don’t know. We hold our own marketing to the same standard.

  2. 2

    People own the outcome

The coworker does the step. A person owns the result. We design approvals, escalations, and limits before we design anything clever.

  3. 3

    The cheapest thing that works

Sometimes the right answer is a script, a report, or a better form, not an AI agent. We’ll tell you, even when it means a smaller project.

  4. 4

    Yours, not ours

Your processes, data, and intellectual property stay yours. Everything we build is portable, documented, and free of lock-in.

  5. 5

    Boring where it counts

Security, backups, and recovery are engineered like infrastructure, because a coworker your business relies on is infrastructure.

Next step

Pick one job your team repeats.

We’ll sit down with the people who do it, map the steps, and put a number on the time. If a digital coworker is the right tool, you’ll know what it would return before you commit. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
