AI for insurance agencies & financial services

Renewals prepped, certificates issued, and clients updated before they ask.

Coworkers for agency and advisory back offices. They prep renewals, handle routine service requests, collect onboarding documents, and keep the CRM honest, all in a private environment built for sensitive client data.

§ 01Where the hours go

The work that quietly eats your week.

  • Renewal crunch

Renewal prep means pulling policy details, loss runs, and market options together by hand, on a deadline.

  • Routine service volume

COI requests and policy changes fill the queue and delay the work that needs an expert.

  • Onboarding friction

Collecting documents and KYC paperwork takes weeks of back-and-forth.

  • CRM drift

Notes, stages, and follow-ups go stale, and the pipeline stops reflecting reality.

§ 02What it takes on

Jobs a digital coworker can own.

Each of these is a defined job with inputs, steps, approvals, and a verified result. Start with one, and add more once it’s earning its keep.
  1. 01

    Renewal preparation

Assembles policy details, loss history, and comparison summaries ahead of each renewal.

  2. 02

    COI & service requests

Triages incoming requests, drafts certificates from policy data, and routes exceptions to a CSR.

  3. 03

    Onboarding documents

Requests, tracks, and files client documents and follows up until the file is complete.

  4. 04

    CRM hygiene

Reviews every open opportunity on evidence and keeps stages and next steps current.

  5. 05

    Client meeting prep

Builds review packets from the client record for producers and advisors.

  6. 06

    Book-of-business reports

Delivers retention, renewal, and pipeline reports on schedule.

§ 03Who does what

The coworker does the legwork. Your people make the calls.

The coworker handles

  • Assembly and prep
  • Routine request drafts
  • Document chasing
  • CRM upkeep

Your team handles

  • Coverage and investment advice
  • Binding and pricing
  • Client relationships
  • Compliance review

Anything consequential or irreversible (money, commitments, customer-facing promises) waits for a person. You decide where those lines are, and the coworker’s permissions are cut to match.

§ 04Your systems

It works in the software you already run.

  • Applied Epic
  • AMS360
  • HawkSoft
  • EZLynx
  • Salesforce
  • Redtail
  • Wealthbox
  • Microsoft 365

If your system has an API, we connect to it. If it only has a web interface your team uses, we can usually turn those steps into a tested tool. Either way, the coworker gets only the access its job needs.

§ 06Private by design

Sensitive data stays where it belongs.

Every coworker runs in its own isolated workstation with deny-first networking. Models are open-weight by default, served on your hardware or by zero-data-retention providers. Everything we build is yours to keep.
How we keep it private
§ 07FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Will it give coverage or investment advice?

No. It prepares and organizes. Licensed professionals make recommendations, bind coverage, and give advice.

How is sensitive client data protected?

Each coworker has an isolated workstation, least-privilege access, deny-by-default networking, and a full audit trail. Models run through zero-data-retention providers or on your own hardware.

Can it issue certificates of insurance?

It can draft them from policy data and route them for a CSR’s approval. Once you’re comfortable, routine certificates can be pre-approved within rules you define.

Pick one job your team repeats.

We’ll sit down with the people who do it, map the steps, and put a number on the time. If a digital coworker is the right tool, you’ll know what it would return before you commit. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
